Integrated Subsea Capability

SHS provides a focused portfolio of ROV and subsea support services across the offshore asset lifecycle, from installation and commissioning through inspection, production support, maintenance and intervention. Our objective is not to sell equipment time; it is to help clients execute subsea work safely, efficiently and with clear accountability.

01 · Core Capability

ROV Operations

ROVs provide the eyes, hands and sensor platform required to execute complex work at depths where conventional human intervention is impractical. SHS provides ROV support for offshore construction, drilling, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, intervention and survey-related scopes.

  • Work-class & inspection-class ROV support
  • Subsea visual inspection & observation
  • Construction & installation support
  • Drilling & completion support
  • Pipeline, flowline, riser & structure inspection
  • Tooling & intervention operations
  • Equipment installation, recovery & debris support
  • Survey & positioning support
  • FPSO-associated subsea infrastructure support
02 · Asset Integrity

Inspection, Maintenance & Repair (IMR)

Offshore assets are designed to operate for decades. SHS supports planned and campaign-based inspection activities that help operators identify anomalies, monitor asset condition and make informed maintenance decisions.

IMR Philosophy

Inspect intelligently. Intervene effectively. Protect production.

Subsea Intervention

Intervention requires precision, experience and disciplined planning. SHS supports ROV-enabled intervention scopes involving manipulation, specialist tooling, component installation and recovery, cleaning, measurement and maintenance-related tasks, each engineered around the specific asset, tooling interface, operating environment, vessel configuration and client procedure.

Drill Support

ROVs are an essential component of modern deepwater drilling operations. SHS supports drilling and completion campaigns with subsea observation, wellhead and equipment monitoring, tooling support, beacon deployment and recovery, dropped-object response and other ROV-enabled tasks appropriate to the project.

05 · Planning

Engineering & Project Support

Successful ROV operations begin long before the vehicle enters the water. Our engineering and project-support model covers the planning and interfaces required to turn a subsea scope into a controlled offshore operation.

  • Scope review & technical planning
  • ROV & tooling selection
  • Method statements & procedures
  • Risk-assessment support
  • Mobilisation & demobilisation planning
  • Vessel & deck-interface coordination
  • System integration
  • Operational readiness & execution support
  • Post-job reporting & lessons learned

ROV Mobilisation & Vessel Integration

An ROV spread operates as part of an integrated vessel system. SHS supports the engineering and coordination required to integrate ROV equipment, LARS, control cabins, workshops, power distribution, deck loading and project tooling into suitable offshore vessels that are safe, technically compatible, maintainable and operationally efficient.

Subsea Tooling

An ROV’s value is determined not only by how well it moves or sees, but by what it can physically accomplish. Our tooling approach uses project-specific hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and sensor-based packages selected or engineered around the task, asset interface and operating environment.
