No Operation Is Successful Unless It Is Safe

The environments in which we operate demand discipline. At Subsea Horizon Services, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality considerations begin during planning and remain integral through mobilisation, execution, demobilisation and project close-out.

HSEQ Objective

Everyone returns safely. Assets are protected. The environment is respected. The work is performed correctly.

Our Approach

How We Uphold It

Safety by Design

We identify and manage risk before equipment enters the water: task risk assessment, job safety analysis, toolbox discussions, equipment readiness, competency and clear lines of responsibility.

Stop Work Authority

Every person involved in an SHS operation has both the authority and responsibility to stop an activity where an unsafe condition exists or planned controls are no longer adequate.

Competence

Technology alone does not create safe operations. Competent people do. We integrate structured training, role clarity, supervision and competency assurance into personnel development.

Equipment Integrity

ROV reliability depends on disciplined maintenance, inspection, testing, spares management and defect control, both a safety requirement and an operational-performance priority.

Environmental Responsibility

Our operations are planned to minimise unnecessary environmental disturbance, prevent pollution, manage waste responsibly and comply with applicable client, regulatory and marine requirements.

Quality

Delivering what was agreed, producing reliable information, maintaining traceability and learning continuously from operational experience through our close-out process.

Safety with Purpose

Technology Alone Does Not Create Safe Operations. Competent People Do.
